This site is intended to be a working horse for special problems within my work:
- Informations about open source software with focus on the linux desktop and office.
- Tips and tricks for using open source within your business, without reinventing the wheel.
With the hope this page will be useful for you and me.
Yours Axel

Create a new article
When creating a new article, take this in mind:
- This page is for use within the special range of linux related problems at Blue-IT and not another HowTo wiki.
- This page is Solution Centerd and therefore should presend solutions, not describe problems.
- Don't reevent the wheel: probably a solution for your problem exist within other pages. Link them instead of rewrite its contents.
- Your work should be according to the KISS principle: "Keep it simple and stupid."
- Concrete, short solutions are often most worthful.
- We a part of a worldwide community. That's why the language of these pages is only english.
Rules for article titles
- Only use characters like: A-Z, a-z, -
- Don't use characters like , ? ! & % ( ) in the article title.
- Empty characters are mapped to "_", so the article title
"This is a new article - create me"
will be mapped to
"This_is_a_new_article_-_create_me"
and that is not a problem for any browser in the world!
